Parental Participation — You're Welcome Here

We warmly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their child's language learning journey. Sitting in on a session, reviewing vocabulary together at home, or simply asking your child what they learned that day makes a meaningful difference. Your involvement reinforces confidence, accelerates progress, and shows your child that language learning is a shared family value. Our coaches are always happy to share tips on how you can support practice between sessions.

I consent to my child participating in language coaching sessions provided by Speak in Clear, including one-on-one and group video sessions conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
I understand that sessions may be recorded solely for quality-assurance and coaching-improvement purposes, and that recordings will not be shared with third parties without my written consent.
I acknowledge that Speak in Clear coaches are independent educators and that the platform does not provide childcare, supervision outside of scheduled session time, or emergency services.
I understand that parental participation is encouraged — I am welcome to observe sessions, engage with my child's learning materials, and communicate with the coach about my child's progress.
I agree to the Speak in Clear Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at speakinclear.com.
I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected], and that withdrawal will take effect for future sessions only.
